When am I going to receive my package?

What payment methods does the Quain Collection accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. All Payments must be made in order for the processing time to begin.
What does the Quain Collection sell?
The Quain Collection sells premium virgin hair bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs.
How many bundles should I get?
Typically, for lengths 14" and shorter two bundles and a closure or frontal will be enough to cover your whole head, 16"-22" three bundles and a closure or frontal, 24"-28" four bundles and a closure or frontal, and for 30" and up five or more bundles and a closure. (amount of bundles do depend on how big your head is, how big the closure is, and how big the frontal is as well.)
What types of wigs do you sell?
We sell both closure and frontal wigs at this moment all are securely made by a sewing machine by us, (unless listed as factory made.)
What types of laces do you provide?
We provide swiss brown, transparent, and HD lace.
What type of lace should I get?
The Quain Collection recommends that those that have lighter or fair skin to get transparent lace or a lace your skin shade or LIGHTER, those that have darker skin, should get swiss brown lace, but any lace LIGHTER (even transparent lace) can be tinted to your skin shade. We recommend HD for special occasions, as HD is very delicate and can easily ripped if not cared for or if overused.
What size wigs do you provide?
We provide custom-made wigs for people with a head size between 21" to 24". Please specify your head size when ordering a wig. Factory made wigs do have some limits in head size, so please contact us via email at sales@thequaincollection.com if you do not have between 21-23.5" head size and wish to order a factory made wig.
How can I care for my wig, bundles, closures, frontals, etc.?
Take care of your hair and your hair will take care of you! Please visit our instagram where we discuss all things bundles, wigs, etc. on hair tip Tuesdays! Please allow 24-48 hours for a response during our business hours of 10 AM- 6PM Monday-Thursday!
