SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY 

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 5-20 business days processing period. As soon as your processing period clears, your shipping business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with. Your tracking number will update, but give it time for it to reflect in the postal service's system. Shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail which gives you a total of 6-23 business days. The signature of the customer is REQUIRED upon arrival of the package. If for some reason you are not home during delivery please reschedule your delivery with USPS to a time you will be home or pick up the package at the postal service office. If your package is returned to sender due to you not picking it up within the days allowed by postal carrier and you have not communicated with us prior to shipping it out, you must cover the reshipment fee of $25 for The Quain Collection to reship the package. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is not available at this time for any products listed on the website. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL BECAUSE WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THE BUSINESS DAYS LISTED ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS ONCE IT LEAVES OUR POSSESSION AND CANNOT REFUND DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS. WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES, SO BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. 

If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES POLICY 

We strive to provide our customers with easy and efficient service. If by chance you receive an incorrect package, please contact us at thequaincollection@gmail.com, so that we can resolve this issue. Please be mindful, that DMs, comments, or any other form of communication besides email is not considered as viable communication source for returns/exchanges. For us to help you with this issue, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and please do not wash, wear, or alter the incorrect package you received. If you wait until after 48 hours, wash, wear, or alter the product in any way shape, or form, we will not be able to assist you with the incorrect package. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders are FINAL, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL custom orders are also FINAL, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-REFUNDABLE

The Quain Collection reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. 

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS 

We strive to provide our customers with an easy and efficient service, but some things are out of our control. Once packages have been shipped and your tracking number has been sent to you via email, the package is out of our possession and falls into the possession of the postal service. If your package is lost, stolen, held, or damaged, please contact the postal service. If they do not respond to you, please email us and we will contact the post carrier on your behalf, but please note that contacting the postal services is the only thing that we can do.

 

CUSTOM MADE UNITS

Custom units take 9-20 business days to be processed and constructed, and 1-3 business days to ship, so please plan accordingly. We do not offer rush services for custom-made units. As stated before, custom orders are FINAL, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

CHARGEBACKS/ DISPUTED PAYMENTS

The Quain Collection does not tolerate fraudulent purchases and transactions. Customers that have chargebacks for products or items listed on the site will be accessed to the amount owed. The Quain Collection will also prosecute clients to the full extent of the law which can include civil/criminal court. The Quain Collection has the right to refuse future purchases from such customers.
